The App offers optional in-app purchases including stars, bombs, and sponges. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Purchased items are consumable and will be depleted upon use. Please note that consumable purchases are tied to the device and cannot be restored across different devices.
Certain purchases include a temporary ad-free experience. The duration depends on the quantity purchased: 3 items grants 1 week, 6 items grants 2 weeks, and 12 items grants 4 weeks of ad-free gameplay.
All content in the App, including graphics, sounds, and game mechanics, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
